ADMISSION PROCEDURE

For the current Academic year,i.e.,2007-2008, Sree Vidyanikethan offers admissions to International School I to X.

Application for Admission forms are issued in person or by post for Enquiry at Sree Vidyanikethan International School . If a representative is sent to collect the form, please indicate name of the child, class to which admission is sought and date of birth. The Admissions Department will then invite the candidate for an admission test/observation and the parents or authorized representatives for the registration process. A syllabus will be provided for admission tests at the time of issue of application form

The candidate will be selected, if he/she secures 60% and above in the Entrance Test.

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE (T.C.):

If the candidate is studying in an Un-Recognized School, he/she has to submit the Original Date of Birth Certificate for Private Study.

If the candidate is studying in other states (e.g., Karnataka, Tamilnadu etc.) they should get the countersignature of the T.C. from the Education Department of the particular state.

HOSTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS :

After Admission, the candidate will be supplied with the hostel rules and regulations for their admission into hostel.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ENCLOSED ALONG WITH APPLICATION FORM :

• Attested copy of the Birth Certificate.
• Copies of the candidate's school reports and transcripts for the current year and/or completed year (in English). Additionally, a bonafide certificate from the School in which the candidate is studying may be submitted.
• Medical Form (Boarders only).
• 3 passport-size color photographs of the candidate.

ADMISSION WILL NOT BE COMPLETED UNLESS T.C./BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS PRODUCED.
