Padma Shree Dr. M. Mohan Babu set his sights on some thing entirely new. Centrally air conditioned auditorium and seminar halls, Dedicated 2 mbps Internet facilities and beautiful landscapes which enhanced the ambiance of the campus. Activities beyond class room: The entire college is bristling with activities beyond class room such as: seminars, workshops, symposiums, guest lectures, paper presentations and personality development programmes.

The college has an air-conditioned Auditorium with 450 seating capacity wherein Seminars, Conferences, and Guest Lectures are arranged.
