Losses and damages

The School Management does not take any responsibility for any loss of property of the student either in the hostel or school campus. Therefore parents are advised not to send their wards with cash or valuables such as wrist watch, electronic gadgets and gold ornaments. If any untoward incident happens to the students either inside or outside of the campus, the management will not be responsible. If a student causes any damage to the school property, its cost will be recovered from the student concerned.

Parents & visitors

Parents and other authorized persons may visit their wards only on weekends. Visiting hours: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm and 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm. Frequent visits of parents during term time distracts the students from their schedule and hence such visits are not allowed. No visitors are allowed into the campus after 4:00 pm. Students may be taken out on second Friday of every month at 4:30 pm. They have to return by 5:00 pm on second Sunday. Students must report back on the stipulated date and time. Late reporting entails a fine of Rs.500/- per day. Parents are requested not to disturb the students during term time.

Leave of Absence

Under normal circumstances no student is expected to absent himself/herself from class. If necessary a leave letter duly signed by the Warden is to be submitted.

Communication (Letters/Phone calls)

Students are encouraged to write to their homes at least once a month. All letters received by the students will be subjected to scrutiny by the Principal.

Tuck shop

Students can purchase toiletries, stationeries, light snacks and confectionary from the tuck shop. The tuck shop bill will be sent to the parents every three months.

Guidance and Counselling

A trained counselor is available 24 hrs in Campus to help students with personal or academic problems.
