The recent floods in Andhra Pradesh has created huge devastation. Deeply moved by this our Chairman, Padma Shri Dr. M. Mohan Babu sent his sons Mr. Vishnu Manchu and Mr. Manoj Kumar Manchu, to visit the worst affected village Rajoli. They apprised him of the pathetic condition prevailing in the village and suggested the Chairman lend a helping hand to the students who are deprived of everything. After hearing from them, the Chairman announced that Sree Vidyanikethan Educational Trust will provide free education to 25 students.
In response to this, when Daughter of Sri. A. Sivaramappa a flood victim approached the Management of Sree Vidyanikethan Engineering College she was given admission into Computer Science and Systems Engineering branch for which her entire tuition fee, boarding and lodging charges for four years amounting to Rs. 6 lakhs is completely waived. The student and entire family are extremely grateful for this noble gesture of our chairman. |
